  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags and labels attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Non-returnable items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
